SPPC Regular Board Meeting Minutes
April 29, 2009
Present: Shayda Bradley, Azin Lotfi, Hassan Mihankhah, Ken Niese, Sheila Shidnia, Firooz Zandi
At a regular meeting of the Society for the Promotion of Persian Culture, held at Clarian North Hospital on 4/29/09, 7:30pm – 9:00pm the president in the chair, and secretary present, the following business was conducted.

On motion of Azin Lotfi the Summer Picnic and Membership Drive is to be held on 5/31, with chairman Firooz Zandi. Entire slate of remaining events will be approved in a future motion.
Discussion of details of next two events: parade and Picnic / membership drive
Discussion of communications, including website, mailings and emails.
All board members resolved to normalize membership by 5/4.
Next board meeting will be held May 19. Standing meeting will occur 2nd Tuesday of every month.
